Assuredly becoming a totemic rap presence in the African music hemisphere, Nigerian drill savant ODUMODUBLVCK has had a swift and peerless emergence. Last year’s brilliant record EZIOKWU shifted the artist’s narrative from promising riser to genre heavyweight, and he’s not stopped since; a panoply of feature cuts and new offerings further cementing his position amongst the highest echelon.

Fresh off the back of a string of sold-out US shows, ODUMODUBLVCK has flown across the Atlantic to kick off the EU leg of his massive tour, which includes a performance at Skepta’s forthcoming Big Smoke Festival. Upping the anté, last Friday the rapper took to KOKO for his first ever London headline show. It was a night of celebration, with a mouth-watering list of special guests and a matchless energy.
