The founding members of JLS, undoubtedly one of the biggest boy bands of the 21st century with two Brit Awards and five MOBO Awards to their name, Oritsé Williams knows a thing or two about hit making. He’s been keeping busy, as the UK’s first official ambassador for Harley Davidson, mentoring young music talents, who have been writing and producing for an array of artists, including the likes of Zayn Malik.

Williams is releasing a new single, “Showdown”, that showcases a sharp and fruitful stylistic turn. Venturing away from the pop tendencies that he became known for, he instead finds himself immersed within his diverse cultural background. Celebrating his UK, Caribbean and African roots, the new offering is a vibrant, summer-tinged anthem that flaunts his vocal and lyrical progression.
